The character drives in a nice car, blaring opera music. He slowly stops his car, still listening to the music, to view the beautiful sights of Stauton Island.......people with rocket launchers, shotguns, and grenades, trying to kill each other.
XD!!!!!! We put in the "pedestrians have weapons" code and "pedestrians hate each other" code, so we're in a car blaring opera music while we watch as pedestrians slowly bring the city to rubble. Hilarious. Funniest thing I've ever seen in this game.
