Does anyone here know where I can buy a domain name and have it redirect to my website?

I had registered a domain name at godaddy.com, but the piece of crap site is so confusing, I canceled. I need something that when I buy "animetion.org", I can make it forward to "http://animetion.web1000.com".

Does anyone know where I can get something like that? *sigh*
