Wasn't tagged, but felt like doing it anyway.

1. Albedo and Rubedo - Xenosaga
Because nothing says "I love you" like a hand through the abdomen. AlbedoxRubedo has made its way closer to my heart than any other pairing before. Favorite moment...hm. It'd have to be a tie between the scene depicted in the picture above (some of the things Albedo says are just...I mean... "Yes, yes, YES, YES!!! That's it! Come on! Unleash what you've been holding in all these years!"... It speaks for itself) and their final moment together in Episode II. Even though it makes me cry like a little baby every time I even THINK of it.
2. Fayt Leingod and Albel Nox - Star Ocean 3
My favorite moment with this pairing is the reason they became that game's OTP for me. The Peterny inn scene. Albel wakes up Fayt in the middle of the night just to ask him if he hates him. Awww. Close second is their ending together, in which they bicker like a married couple.
3. Solid Snake and Otacon (Dave and Hal) - Metal Gear Solid
Fav moment..hm. Their handshake (depicted in the above picture) was very cute.. The whole scene I suppose was my favorite.
4. Erik (Phantom) and Raoul de Chagny - Phantom of the Opera
Nothing like being the queen of a pairing that has barely any basis and is mainly "what if". XD Fav stage moment would have to be the graveyard scene, fav movie moment...uh, graveyard scene as well. Both scenes differ, but still serve to be rather slashy. XD
5. Han Solo and Luke Skywalker - Star Wars
I still need to re-watch Episodes V and VI since my memories on specific scenes are slightly fuzzy, so I'm not really sure of a favorite moment ^_^;
