A pretty good day!
Jun. 11th, 2001 03:48 pmI'll give you a rundown on my day.
Morning- I wake up around 7am to the sound of my alarm. I do my morning ritual, throwing it onto the floor to shut it up. I go on the computer, check out a few sites. Then, I woke up my dog and put her on my mom's bed so my mom will wake up. Hehehehehe. I didn't know if I was having phys ed today, so I wore my regular uniform and packed my gym uniform in a bag. I ate breakfast, headed to school.
Before classes- I run like hell to school. The door to the school was being closed, so I yell "WAIT!!!! DON'T CLOSE THE DOOR!!!" and luckily the person heard me so I got in. *sweatdrop* Ah well. I walk into class, we WERE gonna have phys ed. So I take my gym uniform, run to the bathroom, and change. Being the dumbass I am, I had packed my regular navy (and pretty tight) shorts instead of my loose, long, gym shorts. Ehehehehe. Eh, no one noticed.
Math- Very short class. Just going over simple interest. Boring as usual.
Random crap- We were going to go down to see the 6th grade assembly play, but there was no room for us so we went back to the classroom.
Social Studies- We continued playing board games that groups in our class made. We get to grade each other! w00t! I wonder if my game was graded good. The highest score I gave out was a 95% to two great games, and the lowest was a 75% or a 70% (I can't remember which one) for a crappy Civil War game that had no answers to the questions, made NO sense, had stupid directions, etc. Oh yeah, we were playing one game, and one of the people (his name is Robert, but we call him Pliski) who wrote the questions...well, his english is okay, but not SUPER, so...one of the questions said "Folse" instead of "False". I joke around with him, saying "get Hooked on Phonics!" (it's a ongoing joke in my class) Then, one of the questions had "Fo'' instead of "For". This is what was said.
Me: Pliski, you spelled "for" wrong!
Robert: Oops.
Minako: Hahaha...
Me: ::to Minako:: I told him to get "Hooked on Phonics", but it looks like he got "Hooked on Ebonics!"
LOL, it was hilarious.
Phys ed- Very stupid. The guy on the other team made up all the rules for kickball. We lost badly. Oh well.
Lunch- Normal. Ate, played jumprope at recess, etc.
Language Arts Final- *dun dun dun* Actually, it was easy. We just had to write an essay based on a statement, using two of the books we read in class this year. 7 paragraph essay, easy.
And now, I'm home. Hehe. No homework as usual, but I gotta study later for my Social Studies and Math finals. I finished studying for Science, w00t!
