Happy 4th of July!

And....

There will be a 4th of July dance tonight at 6:00pm Eastern time.

That took FOREVER to write. Anyways, it will be held on AIM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come. I'm begging you! Be there or be hit on by Antoine, as Susato says! XD But please come. It'll be fun. We'll set off our own fireworks, dance, have food, etc! PLEASE COME!!!!

Another crappy 4th of July...

I'm always alone on the 4th of July...always...it's always that my mom goes out, and my dad goes to sleep, and I'm stuck doing nothing. The fireworks display is on the opposite side of my window, so I can't see any fireworks. ::sighs:: I feel so alone...

A poem I just wrote...

I'm writing it as I type here.

The fireworks burst in the twilight sky
I try to gaze up at them, wondering why
The mystical sparkles, bursting up high
But thinking of him, I unhappily sigh

Should I love him, what should I do?
Should I hold onto a feeling so true?
Should I give up, and bid adieu?
Or should I go with what my heart persues?

A glistening tear falls from my face
Why is this feeling so hard to replace?
I suppose it is something not to be erased
I just long to be in his warm embrace

I peer at the sky, it is almost dawn
Smiling to myself, my bad thoughts have withdrawn
Love is something that will never be gone
I will follow my heart, forever and on
