Daaaaaaaance!
Dec. 13th, 2002 11:48 pmWooooohooooo. Just got back from a school dance.
It. was. fuckin. AWESOME.
Got there around 7pm...met up with Tom, Mike, and Michael. We basically stood around and talked for a while, although even that was fun, hehe. Then there was.....a BAND! Made up of some of our teachers! Haha. But they were GREAT. Very talented.
First song they did was "Lose Yourself" by Eminem. The guy who was singing looked oooooddly familiar but since he was wearing a tank top and a hat I couldn't tell who he was. Suddenly Michael goes "HOLY SHIT THAT'S DOUGHERTY!". (Mr. Dougherty is the moderator of the Sci fi and anime club). Damn, I didn't know he could sing, LOL.Totally awesome. We were all jumping up and down during the Linkin Park song performed, hehe. "Concert" lasted bout 40 minutes. Then we went to get a drink and I met one of Michael and Tom's friends, Toddus (I might have spelled his name wrong). He's hilarious, I tell you. He scared the hell out of Tom by pretending to hit on him XD!!! Waaaaaay too funny.
We all danced a while, and danced, and mosh pitted (XD), and danced. And yeah. Dance ended at 11pm. God it was soooooooooooooooooooooo much fun. Can't wait till the next one.
