Oct. 22nd, 2004 07:57 pmNot much has been going on, as usual. Had the Walk-a-thon today...boring, la.
Think I'm gonna put together Shuichi's concert costume. Val as Hiro and Wes as Fujisaki and we should be good..hehe.
I'm getting angry at myself, though. I have insane writers block. There are so many things I have to write:
-RP post for Mara.
-Another chapter of "Come Save Me".
-Finish up the pointless item fic
-Finish up my sick!Albel fic (the fluffy one, anyway)
-A rather angsty Albel deathfic. I got the inspiration listening to "Love Don't Need a Reason" from TBFO. I have ideas swimming around and it's bugging me to no end but I just can't get them down. >_<
I also need to stop comparing myself to other writers. I'm a little iffy on posting any SO3 fics now because I'm so...for lack of better words, intimidated by the people who have posted stories that are LEAGUES better than mine. People have posted such wonderful fics and stuff in the FaytxAlbel community, and my work is just...really bad compared to that. So I don't know what to do. I'm not good with dramatic things or angst...I'm okay with fluff and humor, but I'm nowhere near as brilliant as some of authors of humor fics I've seen on ff.net or otherwise. I feel so...inferior all the time, and that's why I'm afraid to show my work...or hell, even write. Maybe that's the source of my writer's block. Yay for low self confidence and craptastic writing skills.
