Why do people try to deny the fact that Christine loved Raoul?
They're going crazy because in the movie, Christine mouths "I love you" to Raoul in the final lair scene before the whole 'Pitiful creature of darkness...etc' part. They're all just like "OMG THAT RUINS THE MOVIE! SHE HAS TO BE SAYING IT TO ERIK! DIE FOP!"
