Jan. 22nd, 2005 07:52 amIt's Saturday, and I've been up for half an hour already. Sigh. I should start going to bed later. ::laughs::
Supposably, we're supposed to be getting an uber snowstorm later today. If we're lucky enough, maybe we won't have to go to school on Monday.
Ah, yes, let me post about yesterday.
Chorus: Finally we have it again! We're trying to suggest POTO and/or Les Mis for the Spring Concert. Sheehan said he'd consider it. Mike and I are planning on slipping a note into his mailbox, in read ink, reading "Let the Junior/Senior chorus sing Phantom of the Oprea songs for the Spring Concert. If this demand is not met, a disaster beyond your imagination will occur. -OG". Because we're nuts like that. I hear some people are trying to get him to do something from Wicked, too... It ought to be interesting. Anyway. We practiced some songs for an upcoming mass (Ash Wednesday, I think?). One of the songs sounds /gorgeous/ when done in the three part harmony. How I love this chorus. Oh, and because I'm me, I did all my english Macbeth Act II questions there.
HR: Wrote more slash stuff on the dry erase board. People keep erasing my stuff, I'm gonna kill whoever I see doing it. Anyway. Just sat around for the most part.
U.S.: Went over Civil War stuff. There's this one girl in my class who keeps making random anti-Bush comments. It amuses me greatly.
Spanish: Test. Easy as pie.
Adv Alg: Another test. I want tokill hurt yell at Huneke. Because this always happens. I go into the test knowing everything. And she throws these difficult ass questions that while she may have mentioned in passing once a week or two ago, were not on our review. What's the point of reviewing like crazy, as I have been, if she's not even going to put similar questions on the test?
English: Group work for Act II of Macbeth. My group says they don't hate me, but I know they really do. Oh well. XD I passed my leadership onto another girl. We did questions, etc.
Lunch: Made a little quip in the lunch line about how mac and cheese was advertised yet not there. Lunch lady got pissed at me for some reason. ::shrugs:: XD Got it anyway (it sucked, as expected), some iced tea, and fries. Outside, Mike and I were discussing POTO songs we liked, and he mentioned Twisted Every Way. So I just started singing it. Then he sang Raoul's part. Then in the middle of the hallway, we yelled "SO! It is to be war between us! But this time, my clever friend, the disaster WILL BE YOURS!" and we did the Super Raoul pose. This was outside of Smith's classroom, I later realized. I hope he didn't notice us, or I'm getting /hell/ come english class next week XP
Physics lab: Something with vector addition. Amused myself endlessly by playing with the protractors and rulers (Val and I have so many ongoing jokes about these things it's not healthy). And yes, Luisa, ruler.
Mark has been coming over almost every day lately, but Mary Ann made him stay after school to help her with physics. So Tadas and I headed home. We played GTA:SA for the most part. He left, I played FFXI. Got to level 37. Sucky party though.
POTO Wednesday night, whoo. 17th anniversary. First row OH YEAH. Although off to the side. Oh well so what XD I'm in the spot I like. (Tadas, make ONE comment about the cymbal monkey and I will kill you)
I /seriously/ need to get working on my costumes. I need to buy boots ASAP (two pairs: one for Albel, one for Ocey). Fabric for Albel's skirt. Wigs for both costumes. Holsters and guns and the ammo belt thing for Ocelot. And I need to get the random claw from Joe to edit. Might as well have a base to start with instead of doing the whole damn thing from scratch. I've pretty much decided what to do with the Albel wig. I'll get a blonde wig in a similar style and color the top bunch of layers brown with a sharpie marker. It'll take a while, but it's the only way to get that dual tone. Oh yeah, and I have to do those dumb Yuna hair ties that Albel has. Haha. I hope there's a BAAF this year. I remember once, I skipped out on half a day of it and went to see POTO. In my Tifa costume. Damn nearly freezed, but oh well. ...now imagine I went in a costume like /Albel/. XD
Alright. I need to find something to do now. I think I'll go play a game or something...
