May. 15th, 2005

Well, this has been a fairly dull weekend. Other than the AMVs, I haven't been doing anything. Yesterday was Tadas and my 25 month anniversary, but he had to stay home to do a god run on FFXI... Was also supposed to RP with [livejournal.com profile] xelchan, but she wasn't online all day (or if she was, it was after I went to sleep)... So this weekend has been nothing more than wasting time.

Angst, cut so you people aren't forced to read it. )

Tadas was supposed to come over today, but he's angry at me because I called him last night when he was in the middle of some FFXI thing. So...no idea what I'm doing today.
Ugh. Is anyone good at editing audio files? I need to chop a verse out of a .mp3 song I have. I'm using it for my AMV... But the AMV is gonna be way too long if I use the whole song, and I'm pretty sure I won't have enough footage anyway. I tried editing the song myself, but it's coming out horrid. So can anyone help me out? Please? ;_;
I'm officially lame. Well, not that I wasn't already, but yes.

I'm looking around on AOL news (yeah yeah I know AOL sucks), and click on "Today in Music History". I see this for today, May 15th:

1982 - Harmony Achieved
'Ebony and Ivory' reached the top spot on the charts.

I then proceed to yell out "Oh, so now it's peace talks, huh? Didn't McCartney say that, too? 'Ebony and Ivory live together in perfect harmony'?"

Xenofans will get that one. XD

(...gods, I love Albedo <3 )
My AMV...is complete.

Special thanks to [livejournal.com profile] mertondingle for helping me out with the audio editing ^_^

Song: "Still Hurting" from The Last 5 Years
Anime: Gravitation

Yeah, it was made with Windows Movie Maker. But A) I don't have Premiere on this PC and B) It's so freaking easy to use.

(And yes, the ending's supposed to be abrupt like that.)
