Fic: Stranger in Paradise

Finally got around to writing a FMA fanfic. Though it's more of a drabble, I suppose. The song "Nobody Needs To Know" from The Last 5 Years was my inspiration, mainly the end of it. Much much thanks to burningvigor, who beta'd this for me, my boyfriend, who helped me out with some lines here and there, and Lu-chan (theatre_angel) who convinced me that I should write this. XD

In other news! I got FMA manga volume 3 yesterday (in english!). I completely forgot it came OUT this month, but when I was at the comic store looking for the September edition of Newtype, I glanced at the manga shelf and OHSHIT there it was, so I readily bought it up. There was a promo trading card in it, so I was like...huh, there's an FMA TCG? Went to the site, downloaded a flash that explained how to play. Now, I'm a FMA fanatic, but I think I'll be passing on this game. It's got like ten thousand things to do per turn and it's just confusing.

Hanging out with Luisa and Tadas today, and Luisa is sleeping over. We'll probably be watching another 13 eps of FMA, and maybe the Cowboy Bebop movie since it's on tonight. Tomorrow, my mom is having a labor day party, so we'll be going over there to hang. And if Tadas' parents weren't going it would mean free booze for me but noooo I can't have them see their son's girlfriend drinking even if my mom and soon-to-be-stepdad allow it Anyway.
