Apr. 11th, 2006 09:44 pmReally need to update more often. Yeah.
One of my creative writing manuscripts got read out loud in class today. Twas a FMA drabble that takes place at the very very end of the series...Ed's thoughts when he's on that train in the last scene. It seemed that people liked it, except for one alcoholic (or so all his stories about himself make him out to be) kid in the back of the class who said he didn't like it at all. Oh well. I'm trying to submit Under the Rug to Lit Mag, though KK has to read it and let me know if it's alright to submit. There's quite implied homosexuality (...okay, not implied, it's right out there) in there, and I don't think the Molloy Lit Mag has ever had anything blatantly, well, gay before. So hopefully it'll go through.
Not much longer left at Molloy...dunno whether to be sad or happy. At least Joe'll be going to Fordham with me.
And it's almost easter vacation! I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to be up to...though one day I need to go into the city with Joe and get him leather pants for his Greed costume. I also need to go to the limo place, and check out the karaoke place. Has anyone ever been to the karaoke place iBop in the city? It's the place I have in mind.
....y'know, I've nearly completely forgotten all about my NaNoWriMo from last year. It wasn't too bad, though the ending kind of sucked...was much rushed indeed.
Currently reading through my LJ entries from years ago. I was such a stupid kid, really. And once upon a time, I was rambling about how ff.net sucked because there was too much Tasuki/Chichiri hentai and not enough shounen-ai. ....I mean, really, wow. XDDD How I've changed to the girl today who goes "So my Ed just got raped by his heroin dealer" to her friends at lunchtime...oh how I've changed.
I still need to get a prom dress.
Oh. And Tadas got me this really gorgeous diamond heart necklace for our three year anniversary (which is on Friday). <3 you, babe.
