Jun. 4th, 2010 09:59 pmSecond to last fight in FFIX now. OH MY GOD I hate Kuja and I hate my luck with bouncing spells.
I'm kicking ass, right. Probably got Kuja almost dead. Garnet has auto-reflect, Vivi's bouncing Flare off of her to hit Kuja for 9999 each time.
And then Kuja spams Flare Star. Kills Garnet. Meanwhile, just before this spam, Vivi went into Trance and I had set him to use two Flares on Garnet. Thus, with her dead, he ends up killing Zidane and himself, leaving only Steiner alive. Took me a ton of turns to get everyone up and going again. Let's hope this fucker DIES NOW.
Of course, I still have Yoda after this.
EDIT: GAME BEAT. God, that ending always makes me tear up. It's beautiful, and HAPPY. It's amazing to find a full-on happy ending in something these days.
Now I can work on my Garnet app. ...god, I wish I could play Kuja as well. Damn the one character per game limit!
