(no subject)

So. Today! Joe, Tom, Sydney, and I decided to run around Flushing Meadow Park. We didn't leave until around 2pm or so, but oh well. Lots of fun ensued such as me getting hit on by the Mr. Softee man, us getting horribly lost looking for the zoo, and as usual torturing Joe's poor mind. We eventually wound up at the zoo, which was interesting though uneventful. Next time we'll go to the Hall of Science. We karaoke'd after that for an hour...that place really needs to get new songs. Srsly. But oh well. I found a few songs that I haven't sung before XDD Then we ate at Burger King, and came home.

I finally watched the two of the four OVAs that I was actually interested in seeing: Chibi Party and State Alchemists vs. Homunculi. The Chibi Party one was...well, cracked out, but kind of amusing. All I can really say without spoiling it is GO RIZA, IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY EXCEPT NOT REALLY BUT YOU ROCK ANYWAY (it's okay, Roy, the Edo will comfort you~ ...in his own strange comforting way, anyway). And Black Hayate brigade=w00t. State Alchemists vs. Homunculi was deliciously hilarious and cracky. Greed=instant win. Envy=double instant win. And of course:

"Wow, brother! How did you know that it wasn't really the Colonel??"
"...I didn't."

I love you, Ed. I truly do.

In other news, I'm getting my new computer tomorrow. w00tness! It's very...shiny, to put it simply. I'll post the specs when I'm feeling less lazy. But 500 GB space + 2 gigs memory + pretty good video card = happy Dana, yes indeed.
