Jun. 3rd, 2006 09:36 amWell, yesterday was..interesting.
I met up with Joe at Gamestop, and I wound up picking up the first volume of Full Metal Panic and the first volume of X. It was cheap as dirt, so, y'know. We headed to Fridays, met Sydney on the way there, grabbed a bite to eat...and then met the Molloy kids for the movie.
X-men 3 was pretty good. The script was so-so (BRING BACK DAVID HAYTER, BITCHES) but the action was top notch. Some of the deaths made me go O_____O THEY DID NOT JUST DO THAT...which could be either good or bad. And the scene after the credits...haha, it took me a split second to get what was going on, but when I did... XD
After the movie was when the "wtf-ness" started. Mark, being the genius he always in, ran and slipped on a subway grate. It was raining, so.. He hit his jaw pretty hard and cut his chin open about an inch, pretty deep, was bleeding like CRAZY when he first fell. We hurried him back to my place, where I put on nurse dressphere so to speak and tried my best to clean him up and bandage him. With the wound looking like it did, I knew he was gonna need stiches, so we brought him to the ER of the nearby hospital, told his parents to meet us there. It was actually my first time at the ER of a hospital. And despite there being nearly no one there, there was still a loooooooot of waiting. But luckily, within a few hours, Mark got his stitches and everything was good. Got home a little around 11:30 or so, I think.
Graduation is in three hours. Jebus tapdancing christ on a pogostick.
